Our company, in addition to making a complete bio dozer for dosing biomass (corn silage, grass haylage, plant residues and other organic residues) in biogas cell fermenters (tanks), produces stainless steel and screw conveyors that connect the BIODOZER machine with fermenters. Worm conveyors intended for transport of biomass to the fermenter have a diameter of D = 400 mm and a length of L = 3000, 4500 and 10500 mm, are coated with quality machine plastic 10 mm thick which maximally protects the conveyor from wear, they are fitted with quality el. motor reducers of corresponding power and speed.
